Niroghyam Alphadata LLP is a health document management mobile app involves several key features to ensure effective organization, security, and accessibility of health-related information. Here's a breakdown of features you might consider including in your app:
1. User Authentication and Authorization:
Implement secure user authentication to ensure that only authorized individuals can access health documents. Different user roles, such as patients, healthcare providers, and administrators, with varying levels of access.

Allow users to create profiles with basic personal information. Patients should be able to update their health information, while healthcare providers may have additional features.
3. Document Upload and Storage:
Enable users to upload various health documents, such as medical reports, prescriptions, and insurance information. Ensure secure cloud storage or encrypted local storage for sensitive information.
4. Document Organization:

5. Document Viewing and Sharing:
Provide a user-friendly interface to view uploaded documents. Allow users to share specific documents securely with healthcare professionals or family members.

7. Data Protection and Confidentiality:
Niroghyam Alphadata LLP as implemented reasonable and adequate physical, technical and administrative security measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. Niroghyam Alphadata LLP discloses information to third parties only for legitimate purposes such as our service providers and agents who are bound to maintain the confidentiality of personal information and may not use the information for any unauthorized purpose. Niroghyam Alphadata LLP will ensure through formally executed contracts that the service providers are committed to “same level of data protection” as applicable data protection laws and regulations.
Niroghyam Alphadata LLP will take reasonable steps to ensure that all dealings in Personal Information, shall:
- be processed fairly & lawfully.
- be obtained only with the consent of the information provider.
- be collected, only when:
- the information is collected for a lawful purpose connected with a function or activity of Niroghyam Alphadata LLP
- the collection of the sensitive personal data or information is considered necessary for that purpose.
- be available for review by the information provider, as and when requested.
- be kept secure against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, as per the prescribed standards to protect the quality and integrity of your personal information.

8. Search Functionality:
Deployment of test and production updates of the Customer’s white-labelled mobile applications (if any) to the Google Play and Apple iTunes App Stores, will be made periodically. Certain app updates will be provisioned as mandatory updates requiring all end users to update their installed app versions before continued use.
- Ensuring continued access to the Customer’s App Store accounts by Niroghyam, in order to effect test and production updates is the responsibility of the Customer. Niroghyam bears no responsibility of consequences of such access being unavailable at any point.
- The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the Terms and Privacy Policy applicable to the Customer’s mobile applications and their usage, are maintained and updated by the Customer and correctly specified in the App Store settings.
- Maintenance and updates of marketing content, including screenshots, descriptions are solely the responsibility of the Customer. The Customer is also responsible for monitoring and responding to their own user reviews (if any).
- Niroghyam bears no responsibility in unavailability/downtime of the Apple iTunes and/or Google Play services and any subsequent impact that may have in submission of application updates.
11. Emergency Access:
Include a feature that allows emergency access to critical health information even if the user is unable to provide consent.
12. Feedback and Support:
Include a feedback mechanism for users to report issues or suggest improvements. Offer customer support to address user inquiries or concerns.
13. Offline Access:
Allow users to access certain features and documents offline for situations where an internet connection is not available.
14. Privacy Controls:
Enable users to set privacy preferences for sharing specific information and documents.
15. Analytics and Insights:
Provide users with insights into their health data, such as trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement.Remember to conduct thorough testing, especially regarding privacy and security, and stay compliant with relevant regulations. Additionally, user feedback is crucial for continuous improvement and ensuring the app meets the needs of its users.
15. Privacy policy:
As a user of this mobile application, you take on certain risks and responsibilities. You also have the right to know how Niroghyam alphadata LLP protects your privacy and confidentiality and what you should expect from us. Niroghyam alphadata and our third-party vendors are responsible for the editorial content, products and services offered through this mobile application.
Our Mobile application is not intended to be used to address medical Emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency or urgent medical problem.
Online Consultations:
You are advised not to use online consultation services in case of any medical emergencies like accidents, bleeding injuries, burns, sexual abuse/assault, medicolegal cases or if You are in a critical condition.The Services are not a replacement for emergency services offered at hospitals and should not be accessed if the patient is in a critical condition.
