Refunds will be considered only for purchases made directly through Niroghyam. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 from the date of purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Items:
Subscription fees and in-app purchases are generally non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided for services already rendered or for digital products that have been accessed or downloaded.
3. Eligible Circumstances for Refund:
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:Technical issues preventing access to the app or its features.Unauthorized transactions or billing errors.
4. Refund Process:
As a subscription amount, we are not liable to refund policy, this amount is just less than 300 INR for annum subscription. If any dispute or un-realized settlement is raised, we can consider this as an exceptional case.
